I think the IVA's were a week later from the dates of the posts.

Thanks TDA. I assume I'm being impatient then.

What I'm noticing (on the IVA forum as well) is that people who call in to speak to someone seem to be getting through just fine.

Might be the best mode of contact, for now at least.

I called Creditfix and they said I still had a payment to make.
I explained that my initial payment was in cash and they checked my contributions which, thankfully, added up.
What is of concern is that despite the Equity valuation being done by PJG at the start of the TD and that being the agreement, Creditfix want to do one at the end of the 3 years.

Hi, new to the forum though been reading since before my Trust Deed started. Due to make my 17th payment this month. Just wondered if you could expand on your last post Diamond Chap. Not sure if it was cut short or not. I've also been transferred from PJG to CF and I'm now worried about equity at end. I have it all in black and white that there will be no valuation apart from the one at the start (negative equity). Now from what your saying Creditfix are going to go back on this.

Welcome to the forum Bruce.

Can I suggest that you read the statement from Chris Parry (trustee at Creditfix) which I posted here on the following thread (page 11) and which I think will provide you some reassurance:

Hi and thank you .I had read that before and was fairly re-assured by it. Just wondered if Diamond Chap had had feed back which contradicted this slightly. If I've read his post incorrectly I apologise. Just thought he could maybe expand a little as it seemed as though his message ended prematurely.

Creditfix said that they assessed the Equity at the end of the TD.
My Meeting Notes, which I kept thankfully, state that it was PJG'S policy to assess at the start of the TD and that no further valuations would be required.

Creditfix said they only had documentation from the date the TD was signed.

I have forwarded the Meeting Notes to Creditfix and await a response.

I have to wait until the end of next week for a response.

Given the effort between the two Companies in transferring the TD's, it is surprising and disappointing that Creditfix are unaware of PJG agreeing the Equity at the time of setting up the TD.

I suspect that a similar scenario may be applied to Endowments.

It may well be that these issues will be satisfactorily resolved, but they should have been avoided in the first instance.

On the other hand, if Creditfix assess both Equity and Endowments at the end of the TD, then this will impact.

I will post any developments.

Me again, I just got an update from Creditfix, relevant statement below:

'As Credit Fix are now administering your Trust Deed our policy toward equity calculate will apply.

We agreed with PJG we will honour as best we can their policies. But this is not guaranteed.'

Not particularly reassuring and appears to contradict what we have been communicated.

It would appear our fears have come to fruition !

Comments anyone ?

I am obviously interested in hearing from the TD Firms who support this Forum.

Yes it does appear so. Looks like we've been sold out. Not sure if any point continuing to make payments. I have 20 to go and they may aswell make me bankrupt if my house is not protected. Very disappointed that this can be changed halfway through. If trustee has to be changed then fair enough but the new trustee should be bound by original agreement.

Hi Diamond Chap.

I can appreciate your concern.

I guess CreditFix has no option other than to follow their own policy. Any firm in this business will work to their own policies.

We do know however that the new trustee has indicated that they're looking to observe agreements made, that there are indications that the data migration might not be complete, and that you have documented evidence of what was agreed.

Obviously this is going to take time to work through to a point at which you'll feel reassured, but I still think that's likely to be the outcome.

Bruce, this is all speculation and there's nothing concrete here at all to suggest that something is going wrong.

There are concerns which I can understand, but I'd strongly suggest that you give this a bit of time to work through. I don't think the outcome will be as you fear it might be.
