I thought it would be useful to allow us to share responses/progress from Creditfix on any queries raised.

I received an email from Creditfix, Wednesday 22/10 morning saying I contact them AGAIN in "a few weeks" giving them time to process Data Migration.

So hold tight and resend original emails "in a few weeks"

I hope things are sorted quickly for you, you must be impatient now to get it all over. I emailed Creditfix , although I will give time for them to respond as has been suggested.

I called them today and got straight through.

My TD finished in May 2014 and received my Form 5 in July. They then sent the "standard" letter to my Mum's address, who luckily forwarded it on unopened. Funnily enough I received my Form 5 at my new address.

I do hope the people affected by the sudden change in their TD will get to the end without anymore upheaval.

I emailed Creditfix today and got a response back in a few hours.
I was enquiring about my annual review which was due last month.
I expected it to be delayed due to the transferring of paperwork and documents.
Only difference is that I have to provide six months pay slips and bank statements rather than two as with
PJG.

I got an email back today telling me that they were still transferring data and when that was complete, the relevant department would pick up each case.
They could not give me a timescale for when they would begin to close my case.
They did say that any existing Equity/PPI agreements with PJG would be honoured, as I would expect.
I have informed them that I have cancelled my Standing Order as my agreed 36 payments have been made.

My TD IP is still shown as Susan Clay on the ROI. (PJG)
Will this mean potentially an additional delay in closing my TD down if the IP is being changed to the Creditfix chappie ?

Apologies for the acronyms.

Hi Diamond Chap.

I'm not sure what the process at the AIB is to update the register where a trustee changes. I do know that there is a process between the insolvency practitioners beforehand (before the transfer) which, presumably, is communicated to the Accountant in Bankruptcy at some point.

It seems unlikely that this will be a source of delay for you, but Mark/Kevin/David might know a little more about how all of this works precisely.

Hi
I emailed last month asking for confirmation of my (equity fee to be paid at the end of the trust deed ) . I received an email saying Chris Parry was in a meeting and it would be passed to him.

So I have emailed again today as it has been some time with no response.

Chris Parry has already posted, on another thread, to say that the details of TD's will be honoured.
So what ever the amount was at the start of your TD should be the amount that you will have to clear.
If I'm wrong then know doubt someone will be along shortly to correct me.

It seems that, to date, Creditfix either respond with generic delaying emails or do not respond at all.
There is a lot of feedback from others transferred from PJG on IVA.co.uk along these lines.

Thanks Fizban and Diamond Chap.
I know Chris Parry gave a general statement saying that, which is great. Just hoped to receive a personal reply to confirm this by now . It's not really good enough not to communicate with people. I'm sure if they wanted a reply to something to do with the TD ( they would expect a reply )
Will keep you posted.

For background, I think the IVA transfer took place some time after the trust deed transfer.

Issues such as data migration are therefore likely to be at an earlier stage.
