So I got my form 5 last month, husband didn't, but today he got a letter stating CF are now looking into equity and would like to see a recent redemption certificate despite there being no mention of this at the end of my TD.

Key points:
We signed our TDs on same date
We have both made all necessary contributions
JPG notified us in writing that there would only be one house valuation done (before TD signed) revealing no equity.
As we have been paying out mortgage for past 3 years the redemption figure is significantly lower than it was.

Why would husbandscompletion be different from mine? Feeling anxious!

Hi worriedme.

I wouldn't imagine that the outcome here will be any different to yours.

Obviously it seems like there needs to be a conversation with your new trustee to establish how things will proceed from here regarding your husband's case.

Hi worriedme.

It was my instinct that something similar would be the case.

Glad that it's all sorted.
