Thanks. Well I can only say good things. Less than a month is as good as I could have asked for. Keep emailing and hopefully get it soon

We should make our last payment at the start of September. I suddenly feel anxious but I am determined to stay positive. I hope my discharge is quick and problem free.

Well done Steve. Glad it has gone well. As another poster says we have just had another transfer of trustee ( this time within Creditfix) . T.D.A suggests ( as does the letter I received .... that this will have no impact upon the agreement. . Having used this site and read it when not posting - I do believe the advice is given honestly and with best intentions . I do appreciate it. However, as a 'client' I would have to say the service has ultimately been less than straightforward and unfortunately caused unnecessary stress. I hope all those transferred have your experience ( including myself ) . I have til next December to go ( including equity ). Glad you are out of it. Can't wait to be where you are.
