Hi has anyone finished trust deed that was with creditfix. Can you tell me how long it took the closure team to close the trust deed and what the actual process is. I just got told it has been passed to closure team but he can't say how long they will take and they should call me and send a letter. Just so I know roughly how long to give them before chasing it up. Thanks

Hi babyd12

I completed my obligations in March. I recently contacted the closures team but it seems it's going to be a few months yet. I don't really know why it takes so long, I've got payslips and bank statements bundled and ready to submit just so there won't be any hold up at my end should this be required for the final review.

I'm not a homeowner so I thought mine would be straightforward to process. Some folks on the forum recommend pestering them but I'm not too good at that kind of thing and just intend to wait it out. On the upside your credit file dates will refer to the date of signing the TD so the delays in getting discharge should not affect the time the TD shows on your credit report.

Thanks for your reply. Seriously still waiting since then? Think I will be the opposite from you, I will contact them constantly as just want to know it's done with and can start to forget all about it, well to a certain extent as know I never ever want to get into this mess again.

Hi. Last payment on 1st may, discharged on 29th may odd. I did email the guy every day for ten days odd until he told me no revaluation and getting passed to closure team. After that I just left it and couple weeks later for the form in. Much quicker than I expected
