Hi greg.

Sorry no offence meant here but why would you not post to comments regarding creditfix if that is who you represent? So are you going to respond to queries from folk who are with other td companies? That doesn't really help us who were sold to creditfix and want to ensure our original agreements are kept 100% as to what we signed up to.

We can all find the customer service number using google if we wanted to phone......

As I said I dont mean any offence I am just puzzled.

Doesn't affect me, but I have to admit, simply telling people to call customer services does seem pretty pointless. I'd imagine the majority of people who come here for advise have already done that.

Whilst I cannot speak for Greg there would clearly be a number of Data Protection issues if specific enquiries were responded to on this forum by a representative of creditfix.

If individuals have specific enquiries as to how their trust deed (or sequestration or DAS)is operating then the first thing they should do is to contact the relevant insolvency practitioners direct.

Be as well shutting the forum down then.........

No one is asking for a detailed in depth review of their own case. Its generic questions relevant to everyone who has been transferred from pjg to crefitfix.

Got to agree with others, seems pointless joining the Forum if you're not going to contribute and give us general answers. Joining the Forum to provide contact details which we already have after receiving the transfer letter just antagonises people and backs up people's reasons to be wary of your company.
