If cheques were sent to creditors in January, should my credit report not show settled by now? If they should who should I contact to get them updated?

Debts and default notices should show as settled/satisfied (or possibly partially satisfied for default notices) once you have been discharged from the trust deed. That's the relevant date WIKIKEE, not when cheques were posted to your creditors.
If accounts haven't been updated properly you'll need to contact each lender individually.
