Thanks. I think I'll try one further letter to them, attaching a copy of my TD and my discharge and pointing out the error, sending it recorded. If that doesn't work, I'll try ringing the phone number in the message above. And if that doesn't work, then it's a formal complaint. Grateful for the help.
