Hi,
Just a quick question. I've had problems with Barclaycard recognising the end of my DAS (November 2016) and continued to record defaults on my credit file since. I spoke to my distributor and they got in touch with them to inform them of this, and asked me to wait 4 weeks for it to show.
I've checked today and Barclaycard don't feature at all - is this normal? I've checked open and closed accounts, but it's not there. Just curious if they could remove it completely like that (to which I'm obviously not going to complain!) or will it reappear in the coming weeks (hopefully as satisfied)
Thanks

Hi scared11.

I'm sorry to say that the only way to know may be to keep checking back over the coming weeks.

Hi scared11,

I agree with TDA, I think the only way you are going to know is to check back in a couple of weeks.

Hopefully the Barclaycard debt will stay off of your credit report.

How does the rest of your credit report look?

Thanks, just wasn't a glitch, or if I should be buying a lottery ticket with that kind of luck!
My credit report is still not looking great, unfortunately, as Next have also refused to acknowledge the end of my DAS. I was copied in on an email sent by the distributor a few weeks ago, so I think I may have to wait a little while for that one to correct itself. All other accounts are showing as satisfied now.
