Hi I competed my trust deed august last year and have received my discharge paperwork also.
I had a credit card with Santander that was included in my trust deed . I have received a transaction summary statement stating the outstanding balance of 3976.64 ..
it is also inviting me to discuss any transactional detail .
can they still be contacting me about this and wont the completion of my trust deed have paid out at the end by now closing this account .

Hi stephencarlin.
If you've been discharged from your trust deed (and from your debts) then there shouldn't be an outstanding balance showing. It's your discharge date that is important here, not when any creditor received a payment from your trustee.
It might be that you need to contact Santander and request or demand that they bring their records up to date.
