credit card company still charging interest

Hi maverick267,

There is no more interest.
It's one of your creditors making a mistake.
This has no implications for you whatsoever provided that you carry on meeting your trust deed obligations.

Mark will need the reference number as well from you. Please use the "contact Mark" form on the site rather than posting it publicly on the forum here.

It hasn't maverick267. It stopped when you signed the trust deed.

Just because a creditor incorrectly puts interest on their paperwork it doesn't mean further interest is due.

They can put what they want on the statement maverick267... but they cannot charge you interest.

They have made a mistake.

There is no more interest.

then explain why my bill is constantly going up i have had to pay them today to keep it down interest is going on the bill as i spoke to them about it they say never heard of your trust deed therefore intrest and county court threats are what i am unfortunatlly dealing with here
