I wonder if you can help, 4 months prior to taken out our trust deed we got a new computer from Dell on a buy now pay later credit agrement, at the time of signing our trust deed this was included in my husbands list of creditors, my question is will this be included in our trust deed as the finnance company have been on the phone to day to ask to speek to my husband.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello sunflower1.

As the debt existed at the time the trust deed was signed this creditor will be included in the trust deed.

I'd suggest that you direct the finance company to your Trustee.

Sunflowers,

I too had Dell as a creditor, they phoned me a couple of times but these calls quickly stopped after my Trust Deed was protected...

So please don't worry about it.....
