H I I was wondering if there was any issues with me getting a company credit card for work expenses only I have started a new job and I will need a company card but I worried incase I get a credit check? I has one in my previously job but it was issued before my td. Help thanks
Hi coco.
Obviously there may be challenges in you obtaining a credit card for which you are responsible for the payments if you're in a trust deed.
If it's a corporate credit card there should be no issue as your employer is responsible for the payments meaning you don't need to be credit checked.
A trust deed itself doesn't stop you from obtaining a card of either type; it's just the credit rating issue that might be tough.
Thank you tda its corporate card could have effected my position. If there wad a problem issuing it
Hi
It will be fine, it's basically just another card issued to your employer in whatever name - he is liable for any missed payments etc ( i have one)
Thanks tinsoldier one less thing to worry about hopefully.
I've a corporate CC and I'm in a TD.
