Thanks TDA, I will let you know the final out come but if £39000 does not cover a £27500 18 month old trust deed i will just stop cooperating with my IP a wait till they ether resign the trust deed or bankrupt me, Appreciate all the help and advice from this site and wish i know about it 18 months ago

Hi TDA, A quick up date just spoke to the TD and they said it would be the statuary 8% interest

That sounds like good news Brooklyn; I'd imagine the contractual interest might have been a lot more?

As frustrated as you are I'd set aside thoughts of non-compliance and/or bankruptcy. Neither seem likely to bring you any benefit and both are likely to result in a much worse outcome for you in the end.
