Wondered if anyone else experiencing this.. Last payment to TD I's due on 1st august and I've started getting calls to my mobile from a company offering to write off my debts!! I've had nothing like this in last 35 months or indeed prior to that ,thank goodness, when they would have caught me at a vulnerable stage.. I'm wondering why now and how would they get my mobile number??

You may never find out cal, but you're certainly entitled to ask them.

Cold calling can be a very murky world.

I seem to get this type of call in spells, nothing for months then a few calls, texts or emails, to both mobile and home. Im registered with telephone preference service for both mobile and home number, makes no difference, you still get calls.
Ive tried telling them they are breaking rules by calling me, they don't care, but instead of getting angry and frustrated like I used to, I just state I don't have any debts, which I now don't lol, I didn't ever take PPI etc etc.
It seems to work as theres no comeback.
Good luck!
