I was just about to seek advice on the same matter.

Allay have called but I have been out at work. Creditfix sent a letter stating that Allay would call, after they had already attempted to contact me.

Likewise signed at beginning to allow PJG to look in to any PPI monies due so this should be noted on my account and would seem to be extra work for no additional benefit?

Does the process when dealing with them take long? Is it particularly in depth as I'm going to call them back as they won't get a hold of my if they call home during office hours.

The work might not have been done at that time cjk.

If that's the case then a new claims firm may need a new consent to act on this matter.

We have heard from people that this trust deed provider is discharging their clients while they carry on with PPI work so hopefully there will be no negatives associated with this for you.

Thanks TDA. I still have "equity" to pay off as my TD arrangement concluded last month. Will my form 5/discharge occur now or once that is completed?

Hi cjk.

I'm afraid you will not be discharged until you've completed all of your obligations. This includes dealing with the equity.

If the PPI hasn't been fully resolved by the time you've completed your equity obligations this shouldn't hold up your discharge at that time.

I was going to reduce my payments but may look to keep as is to reduce the time taken to clear the equity part of the arrangement.

Am I still required to declare any windfall in this period to the Trustee (not that I'm expecting any I hasten to add but you never know with the lottery!)?

I think you should check that with your trustee directly cjk.

The answer may depend on exactly how your trust deed is worded.
