Hi guys

Discharged from our TDs January 14. Checked experian I have 3 accounts showing balances still owed? Hubby's seems to be up to date.

My question is what do I do....do I contact the companies? What do I say?

Thanks in advance

Hi boys1211.

Yes - you'll need to contact the companies individually.

You'll need to persuade them that nothing is due to them any longer as a result of your discharge from the trust deed and that it's their obligation to reflect that on your credit file.

You have the option to use their complaints process if you feel that is justified now, or perhaps later on if things haven't changed within a reasonable period of time.
