It looks like my trustee would look for the majority of this money should the cheque be cashed.
I don't want anything to delay the trust deed at the end with the trustee looking for additional funds etc if I was to cash it in the bank and not inform them......So I guess I now need to make the decision....do I cash the cheque in my bank and bite the bullet or elsewhere and get some money??
I think moving forward if this situation arises again I will need to make my family aware of my situation.
