Hi

I recently started at my new job May 2021 i am on salary which 27.450£ Annual.on 48 hours weekly contract. With opportunities for overtime ( mixer truck driving )

My trust deed running since 11/2019 i pay 196£ a months for 51 months .

I just wondering if because i work overtime now will my monthly payments increased?

Because my Partner is pregnant and she is only working 5 hours a day 4 days and planning to me move to me .

Any suggestions would be help full .

Welcome to the trust deed forum question.

Your payment is based upon an affordability calculation. This is basically your total income minus your bills and reasonable expenses.

If your income (including any overtime that you earn) increases, but your bills and reasonable expenses have not, you could expect your trust deed payment to increase.

If your income increases, and your bills and other reasonable expenses increase by a similar amount, then it's likely your payment would not change.

If your trustee is currently unaware of a change in your income (and/or your bills/expenses) you should get in touch with them. This will help to prevent any problems from building up.
