Hi
When I took out my trust deed back in 2012 the company included my wife's benefits even though it was a single trust deed so on my own the figure of £190 was never affordable. I have since lost 2 jobs due to severe clinical depression and had a massive wage fall.
The company in charge has since change hands and wont accept any responsibility or even comment on anything that the first company has done or failed to do. I feel it was missold but cant get anywhere complaining to my current trustee. where else can I go?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficult time that you have been experiencing.
If you're unhappy with the way that a trustee has handled a complaint, you can raise the complaint with the professional body of which your trustee is a member.
