I'm afraid not. It's a legally binding contract for the term of the trust deed. I'm sure one of the experts will give more sound advice than I can if you're having issues.

Hi Gallows88.

Saabrina is correct I'm afraid.

If there's differences between you it's almost always best to try to resolve them.

Hi Gallows88,

As others have said unfortunately your unable to change the Trustee.

Were you looking to try and change your own Trustee Gallows88?

Sometimes in Trust Deed's there can be a misunderstanding or unfortunately a falling out between either the Relationship Manager and client or the Trustee and the client. If this happens it can then be difficult to communicate and find some middle ground to resolve any issues.

I'd always advise someone to try and resolve any issues that they might be having with a Trustee. Picking up the phone, sending an email, perhaps a letter or even a sit down meeting are all good ways to try and resolve things.
