Hi
I am about to change address and I have my trust deed, can I just change the address for any correspondence from my trust deed company or will they want to look at my account again, my rent amount is not changing it is just that I need to move out of the flat I signed the trust deed at.
Thanks

Welcome to the forum Julie S.

Just let your trust deed provider know your new address.

They may enquire whether there are any changes to your bills and expenses. If there aren't nothing should change.

Hi Julie S,

Give your relationship manager a call to update them with your new address to ensure that any paperwork is sent to your correct address.

Have you considered putting a mail redirection in place to ensure you receive any mail that's sent to your old address? You can do this with Royal Mail.

If your expenditure hasn't changed that much then there should be no need to work through a new budget. This is something that will probably be done at your next review.
