Hi,I'm looking for some advice and this seems like the best place. I have been in a trust deed coming up on 2 years can I leave the trust deed and deal with the creditors myself ?

Welcome to the trust deed forum BreakFree.

I'm afraid this isn't readily possible because the trust deed is legally binding upon you, your trustee, and your creditors.

Is there a particular reason why you want it to end?

Hi, thanks for clearing that up. The main reason was i will be getting some money from the death of my mum. After reading through the forum it looks like I would have to pay well over £40000 for £26000 of debt. I just wondered if I could have dealt with the creditors direct.
Clearly not an option thanks.

I'm sorry that I could not provide the answer that you would have preferred to hear.
