I am just wondering. Is there a limit as to the hours that a creditor can call? If so does anyone know what they are?

Hi,
As far as i'm aware they should not be calling out after 9pm - you can check this on the TPS website ( Telephone Preference Service).

Hi Amerififer and pedro,
I'm not an expert on this but my understanding is that debt collection calls between the hours of 8am and 9pm are considered to be reasonable. This applies seven days per week.
