Hi,

First of all I would like to thank you very much for your continuous help and support (not just for me but) for all of us. I have completed my PTD in last May and have issues with credit score: All banks are marked my credit report with "partially settled" or "settled" status as required apart of one company. LS has sold my debts (3 payday loans in ยฃ280 total sum) to LN who hasn't requested their share from my debt management company. I have been written to all 3 involved companies to sort this issue out but nothing happened. Default date has already been corrected as it was wrong. My credit report marked that debts sold. LN is not on the credit report just sending me useless emails and and their incompetency is clearly visible and frustrating. Thank you for any advise.

Hi questionmark,

You are correct that, upon completion of a trust deed, your debts should be marked as partially settled or settled.

If you're not making any progress with these accounts I'd suggest submitting formal complaints to the original lender and the current owner of the debt.

These firms then have a defined period of time to resolve your complaint. If they don't, you then have the option of escalating the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
