I am hoping that perhaps someone can confirm my thinking, i was discharged from my Trust Deed in January 2016, I have today been sent a email by BW Legal about a debt from PRAC Financial Limited which was included in my trust deed. Do I just send them a copy of my Form 5?

Many thanks in advance for any help!

Laura

Hi Lola2304.

I think that's a good course of action to take.

Just for your reassurance, there's nothing they can do to enforce a debt that was included in your trust deed (whether or not they know about it).

Thank you TDA, made the mistake of googling their name and got quite a scare at their bully boy tactics. I have drafted a letter to them and PRAC which I will send with a copy of my Form 5 and a copy of my trust deed on Monday via recorded mail.

Have a lovely weekend!

Hi Lola2304,

Well done on successfully completing your Trust Deed back in 2016. How have things been since then rebuilding your credit file / rating?

You might get the odd letter like this out of the blue asking for payment. As TDA has advised and you have done send them a copy of your Form 5 and this should be the end of it. They canโ€™t do anything to you.

Have a lovely weekend too.
