The site debt advisers on this website (including myself) who deal with web and telephone enquiries are drawn from the Bright Oak Ltd team. On our "About Us" page ( http://www.trust-deed.co.uk/about_us.php) this is explained as follows:

In addition to the above information Bright Oak Ltd is a member of the debt advice trade association "The Debt Resolution Forum".

Comparatively few visitors to the site have ever entered into debt management plans with Bright Oak. thats great ...got confused when i clicked a link to the person who is contacting me this evening and up popped bright oak ltd. i feel that through reading experiences good and bad on this forum that i have a clearer understanding of the process of trust deeds,however feel that my sences are through the roof at present with more than a touch paranoia settling in!!!! hopefully after this evening that will change.....
