Just to let people know begbies Traynor the company which has had my PPI award of £14000 for nearly a year and 3 court appearances! Has said their legal team will be making a decision in the next 10 days regardless of supreme Court appeal! Thought some of you might index this interesting!!! G S

Might well be good news - BDO did this back in August and decided they no longer had any interest in PPI because of costs etc

Fingers crossed this debacle is over soon gscullion1977

In my opinion if a certain trustee , which is now proven by the IPA is only there to milk a trust deed is involved , then start a complaint against him to the IPA , he has appealed against the IPA sanctions against him to stop the information going public , my final ruling should be sorted in 21 days. Hopefully his appeal would have been heard and hopefully the full ruling will be made public .

The Solicitor who acted for the IPA has informed me that he did not appeal against the tribunal ruling , just the sanctions , I can not say more at the moment until the final ruling , a person such as him is a disgrace , my thanks to the TDA , experts and members of the forum for the continued good work and support .

Though it is important to remember the hard work put in by the experts here to try and help others , sometimes our emotions prevent us from thinking straight , and we should not tar others with the same brush, I had a PPI claim paid out to me this year , he banked the money and when I reminded him we where both discharged and I was going to make another formal complaint , the refund was sent within a week .

Given that the refund was sent to me without him contesting it , why is your refund being kept ?.[:(!]

My award was sent from clydesdale bank straight to begbies! I had spent over two years fighting for 7 loans that spanned over 15 years! Your talking over a 100 phonecalls and update letters and never once was the trustdeed (from 2006 ) mentioned ! Not until my final settlement letter 5 pages in and 2nd last paragraph !!! Gs

Pinalta, I'm guessing your case might have something to do with their legal team announcement as they would have little credibility standing up in court now. They are trying to reopen mine not just for the money they are holding but they want to try and get more money for all the others that actually paid out earlier. It could be years before they discharged themselves again

HighFive I do not think my case has anything to do with reopening trust deeds , its more to do with the personal greed of my ex trustee and the amount of fee reductions by the AIB during a 2 year period which I got information under the FOI act Scotland from .

But until the final ruling , I,[;)]m only guessing .
