I feel I have contributions to make on this forum, ad I think the TD experts have helped many.

But, I made a comment about a POSSIBLE appeal judgement not being made public yet on this site, and was immediately put on the back foot by Trust Deed Assistant. It was a comment. Not a criticism, not a personal attack, just an observation.

I like this site. I'm waiting on a large sum of money from a PPI claim. Like many I await the Court of Session judgement (whenever it may be) on whether or not a TD can be re-opened.

What I don't like, is being singled out by a moderator on the site, which I quite obviously am.

'O wad some Pow'r the giftie gie us'.

You made the same comment more than once. And that was after another poster had told us:

"Just phoned court of session was told that they will not be publishing details of court case and their is another case in July was told I will need to call the people involved in case to find out more".

That other poster told us all there is to say about the situation with Thursday's hearing, and what you can do if you want to find out more information.

So, yeah, I thought it looked like you were having a dig at the site when you kept making comments about the site not having answers about Thursday's hearing, when the original judgment was 'on here pretty quickly'.

Where did I say I was having a dig at the site?

And it wasn't really clear from the posters comments whether he meant the 9th June case (if indeed there was one) or the upcoming July case.

I thought TDA'S reaction was overly defensive to say the least.
