Hi graham.

If you're bankrupt the visit from a lawyer for one of your creditors might seem pretty pointless in most circumstances.

Some possible reasons that I can think of are that they are unaware of the bankruptcy, that they feel that money or assets might be being hidden from the bankruptcy, or that they are investigating whether some kind of malpractice took place prior to the bankruptcy.

Did you direct the lawyer to your Trustee?

You don't have to speak to a lawyer or answer their questions.

Is there any information specifically that you are looking for graham?
