I have had for the past few years a NatWest Step account that gives you basically nothing. Is it possible to get a current account with another bank that will give you a little interest on your money and a few other benefits? I just had my deed discharged a couple of weeks ago.

Hi neelia.
I'm afraid that there's no single answer to your question as it will depend on your personal credit status and the acceptance criteria of any particular account at any bank that you decide to apply for.
Have you asked NatWest whether they'll upgrade your current account?

I haven't asked NatWest but plan to. Just testing out the water before I tried.
