if you sign a trust deed you need to supply the trustee with a copy of all your bank details including statements

Hello peterjbduff and welcome to the trust deed forum.

It sounds as though you may be considering stopping making payments to your trust deed?

If so, has there been a change in your circumstances (or any other kind of issue) that's leading you to consider this?

The situation regarding your home depends upon whether there is any equity in it. If there is, and there would be a benefit to creditors by selling it, that could potentially happen. If there would be no benefit then there is no point in forcing a sale.

A Trustee does have a range of options available to them if someone chooses not to comply with the agreement they made though.

Please let us know a little of the background as, if there is a problem with your trust deed at the moment, there are lots of ways that it might be addressed without having to get into conflict with the trust deed provider.
