Someone was so right to say keep checking. After waiting 2 weeks for our discharge to show up on the AiB website decided to ring them today. It turns out they have no record of either mine or my husbands forms 5, 6 or 7! I've rung the trustee who couldn't be more helpful - the idea that maybe the paperwork has gone astray (rather worrying in my opinion but then apparently they're dealing with a high volume of cases). I was assured that the forms would all be resent today. So back to checking the website obsessively![V]

I was in a similar situation myself. Once the AIB got the paperwork, it only took days to process.

Hi RoseG.

I'm sure it will all get sorted out quickly from here. I guess administrative mishaps are inevitable, though that doesn't make it any less frustrating if you're on the end of one.

I've just checked the AiB register yet again and there it is - our discharge dated today. Our trustee submitted all the forms again yesterday. That'll be us nearly at 6 years since taking out the TD - what a journey its been. I cant say how grateful I've been for this forum - to be able to read others experiences and sounding off, and add my own pennies worth at times. Our rep at Creditfix too has been easy to communicate with, if he wasn't available a colleague was just as helpful. Also I was pleasantly surprised how helpful AiB were when I contacted them.
