One topic that seems to come up frequently on the forums is the issue of property equity and how that can be realised with or without having to sell up.
It might be useful to have an article on the issue, especially in these trying times when re-mortgages are hard to come by, spelling out the options currently available and addressing the issue of negative equity too.
TDA - I believe you have a spare 5 minutes at 3.50am next Saturday night.

It's a good suggestion, thank you for proposing it.
We have been considering adding some articles in connection to topics that arise frequently in this forum for a little while. This subject is certainly one that's on the radar in connection to that though sadly (as always) we seem to have more ideas than time!
