Hi,
Looking for some advice please. I've recently realised that I may need to go down the route of a Trust Deed as my family situation has changed. I purchased a fridge and a freezer some 7 months ago on a 'pay 12 months later'plan with Argos, with the intention of paying for it. As my circumstances have changed since entering the plan, I'm concerned that they could take away these electrical products if i enter into a Trust Deed - is this possible?
Thanks
Hi worried87 and welcome to the forum.
Sorry to hear of the change in circumstances that may result in you having to consider a Trust Deed or a formal solution to help you manage your debts.
There isn't any risk that this particular lender will look to recover their goods so you shouldn't worry about that. Your fridge and freezer are safe.
Can you tell us a little more about your circumstances in terms of how much your debt totals, if you are employed/full time or part time and if you have any assets.
Also is there anything else that is causing you to worry?
The positive thing is that you have solutions to help you deal with your debts if you are struggling. You will also receive plenty of advice and assistance on the forum.
