Hi, just wondering if anyone could give me some clarification. If applying for a new job and you're asked whether the following statements apply:

1 - I have had at least one CCJ served against me
2 - I have previously or am currently declared as bankrupt
3 - I have had my assets frozen or seized by a court or a court order
4 - I am aware of pending proceedings against me

Am I correct that none of these apply if the applicant has completed their TD obligations and are awaiting their discharge?

Just to be clear, they would advise the potential employer at interview stage in order to be completely honest, but for the purposes of the application do none of those statements apply?

Thanks all! #9786;#65039;

Hi FinishedMarch15.

A trust deed isn't a CCJ (or the Scottish equivalent).

It also isn't bankruptcy - though bankruptcy and trust deeds are both forms of personal insolvency.

Points 3 and 4 don't seem to be relevant to trust deeds either, so long as nothing went very wrong and these things didn't actually happen of course.

Great, thanks for that! Thankfully no further proceedings are likely!
