Hi,

I am now one payment down on my protected Trust Deed. I'm still looking to drive down costs and have a £50 a month gym membership which I am now in a position to just cancel to go to of these new ones at £16.99 that are sweeping the country right now.
I have just realised that of course this would lead me into taking on credit again arggghhh. This particular gym don't offer to let you pay upfront for a yearly subscription.
My question was in relation to the legalities of a Trust Deed. I know there is a fair chance they would reject my application but am I allowed to apply for credit for gym membership in the first place?
Thanks

Hi DontDoDebt.

A protected trust deed doesn't stop you from applying for credit so don't worry about that side of things.

I hope the membership application goes well.
