A question for the experts.

The Sheriff Appeal Court has spoken: scotcourts.gov.uk/docs/default-source/sheriff-appeal-court-(civil)/2016-sac-(civ)-004.pdf?sfvrsn=2

Do those 10 pages simply mean that

Donnelly and RBS put most of their differences to one side and argued that the whole shebang should go to the Court of Session

The Sheriff Appeal Court dingied that argument

The Sheriff Appeal Court is going to look at the whole shebang. Date to be announced

??

It might make more sense in the morning - but I thought I'd ask while the questions are fresh in my mind ๐Ÿ™‚

That's my reading candlewick - albeit of course that in this context my reading counts for very little at all.

Two sentences in there really caught my attention:

"A tangle of legal conundrums"

"A dearth of authority"
