Hi bankiedonnie.

There are quite a few Apex clients on the forum. There was some disruption when cases transferred to them last year, but people have written more recently that they've been catching up and that things have returned to normal. We've visited them earlier this year and that was obviously the case.

Payments to insolvency practitioners are subject to many safeguards, even when there is a business transfer as has happened here. I appreciate that you may not have been aware of this, but it would have been safe to continue making the payments.

I suggest calling them to (hopefully) take things forward with your existing trust deed and resolve any issues connected to your non-payment. While you remain in it (not discharged) you are still subject to the agreed terms, so bankruptcy would not be possible and you should not start a debt management plan.
