Yes Steve I think I will, I will see if the guy comes back. He has had a rough time on the forum and looks like he has left. Will keep you informed, I think we will find out a lot of answers soon as Mary is finishing. There was one guy diamond chap who was also finishing but looks like he has dropped off the radar. Shame as he had equity issues I'm sure he could have answered a few questions.

Hiya I was with credifix and They only did a review at the end of the first and second year along with the previous 6 months bank statements and pay slips. A few months before my last payment I phoned them and asked them to confirm when my final payment would be and did they do a final review. They told me when my last payment would be and that I could cancel my standing order a week after the payment had been made and that they didnt usually do a final review.

I was with credifix from the start right through to the end so for peace of mind you should maybe give them a call and check if that is the case with trust deeds that have been transferred.

Thanks carol that will hopefully speed things up when the time comes.

Just had a call from Creditfix to confirm if I received the big red envelope. Obviously told them I wouldn't be doing this which the guy agreed to as he hadn't realised before calling I'd made all payments.

He did confirm who my case is with within the closures team so at least I know that's definitely happening now so a wee bit of good news I suppose.
