Check your spam folder mate. I've been reading the IVA forum and a few on there went straight to spam.

Just a quick question for the people with the e-mails, how long do you have left before your TD finishes.

Just looking at the IVA forum the whole way this email was communicated and the threatning tone has not went down well.

Looks like this creditfix can't even do this simple task right lol Thank you PJG !

OMG just read the e-mail on the IVA forum. If we sent an e-mail out like that in my work I would be looking for a new job now.

Apart from the rudeness, the punctuation and grammer is shocking, whoever wrote this should take some english lessons at night school !!

I've not received anything either by post or email?! What date is the change to take effect from?

It doesn't say on the email. Hopefully when the letter arrives it is a bit more specific. As I mentioned earlier in the thread, it may be worthwhile checking your spam folder if you've not done so already, Mary. Some people's email seem to have gone straight there.

Just make sure you DO NOT set up a Direct Debit and only change the details of the Standing Order. Setting up a Direct Debit gives them control over how much they can take out etc. With a Standing Order you control everything.

It was Diamond Chap and I had equity (but not because of a change of firm)

There's quite a lot of posts on the IVA site about the change to bank details. Some people were worried that Creditfix were trying to set up Direct Debits.

Someone here said that. Keep it as a Standing Order so you have more control (not much, but a little)
