I know a trust deed may not be for everyone but in our situation we looked at the options, devoured as much information as we could from our local CAB and this site and decided it was the best option for us. As someone very new to this all I could advise anyone else is to do the same so they make an informed decision rather than a knee-jerk reaction. I have this site saved on my favourites now and am sure it will prove invaluable in the years to come.

Just touching bars to say that we can now see the light at the end of the tunnel! Our last TD payment is due in June.
We have kept in regular contact with AMI Financial Solutions and have kept them updated on any changes to our incomings as soon as we receive them. I have found them to be extremely reasonable at all times.
The amount we pay each month allows us to live a decent standard of life and we have learned many valuable financial lessons which I know we will take forward.
We have actually been surprised at how fast the three years have gone.
