Hi guys,
I am two payments away from debt freedom. What am I to expect please? Another review? submission of account statements? Home visit? Form 5? or all of the above

This might not be a very helpful answer, but different firms do things in slightly different ways. Your unique case circumstances also come into this.
As such, I'd get in touch with your trust deed provider to find out how things will progress from here.

Well done on reaching this point and being 2 payments away from becoming debt free.
Like TDA has advised, every firm deals with this slightly differently and therefore it's best you check with your Trustee.
Hopefully the next two payments pass quickly for you.
