Hey,

I have 2 months left on my PTD and just submitted my annual review. In November I helped out a raffle page and had a lot of money coming in and out of my account (I didn’t profit from this ) how will this be treated on my review ? It was maybe about £5,000.

Also I drive a vehicle which is registered in my name but my partner bought it . And my mum drives my car - my car is included in the trust deed as it’s paid off but how will they treat the vehicle I drive which my partner bought ?

We don’t live together may I add. Feel like I’m soo close it’s worrying me ! I have paid all my payments on time and just want it finished but worried Iv messed this last review up and that they may look at the car and take that into account. The only proof he has of purchase is a receipt from the car dealer hope that’s enough as it’s an expensive car.

Thanks for your time

Welcome to the trust deed forum Cheryl2021x and my apologies for a slow reply.

I doubt there is going to be any problem for you here.

If the raffle transactions cancel each other out then I'd imagine a giving a short explanation of what happened to your trustee should take care of that.

Being the registered keeper of a car doesn't make you the owner. If your partner has a receipt for the purchase of the vehicle that than should be sufficient for him to demonstrate ownership if the question arises.

Best wishes for the last couple of months of your trust deed. Hopefully you'll progress quickly towards being discharged from here.
