Just thought I would give you all an update.

All 3 credits Agencies are no longer showing the TD or and defaults etc. My partner and I have got a DIP mortgage from nationwide. We have reserved a new build and are using the help to buy so we have our 5% plus the 15% from the government. Still need to get the full mortgage offer but things are looking up after my TD.

I have a good score with Equifax and call credit and an excellent score with Experian (993 out of 999)
