Hi I was discharged from my trust deed after all payments and arrears had been paid on March 2013. I have just checked my experian credit report and the lenders that were done with my Trust Deed are sitting as Default.
What I'm asking is does these stay on my credit history as defaulted for the 6 years from the start of the trust deed in November 2008 so these should fall off in November 2014.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
Stephen

Hello tompie1980.

Do you mean each individual account is showing as being in default with a balance due still showing?

Or do you mean that there are formal default notice entries on each of the accounts (probably dated around the start of the trust deed)?

Each one has a Default notice at the side and then the amount that i'd owed at the bottom of it.
I don't know if I should be sending them my form 5 to show I have finished or just wait till the 6 years for it to fall off my credit history..

Hi again.

They'll fall off six years from the date of issue.

The date of issue shouldn't be after the date that your trust deed began.

In the interim it might be helpful if your creditors could mark them as being satisfied or partially satisfied (which they should do).
