Hi guys

I successfully completed my trust deed almost 3 years ago. I received my discharge form years ago. I am coming up to my 6 year anniversary in may. I was wondering if you could tell me if it is likely that my defaults will fall of then? Everything is set at settled except 3 accounts with halifax still at default.these accounts also stopped updating when my trust deed was accepted. Can someone tell me if everything is likely to fall off my credit report at the 6th year anniversary of all my defaults?.

Default notices have a single date of issue. They fall off your credit report 6 years later.

If you've been in a trust deed default notices should be dated no later than when your trust deed began. If they were, you can contact the lenders to get them changed.
