can you please advise me. My brother is living with me temporarily, he is employed and basically i am doing him a favour at the moment until he gets himself settled as he is saving for a home of his own. (he has returned to UK after living in Spain with my mother). He gives me 50 pound per month towards gas and elec but nothing towards anything else as he buys his own food and is hardly ever in. Do i need to declare this to my trustee?

sorry i forgot to add that i am now 2 years into my protected trust deed with only one year left to go

I think the answer is that you probably should. How many people who actually would do so in your circumstances is a different question.
