I do apologise if this question is answered on the web site, I have looked and cannot see it.
During the period of a Trust Deed is all available income over and above your living costs taken to pay the creditors? Are you not allowed to keep any money for unexpected expenses? I was just told this by a company I spoke to.

Were allowances for things like car repairs, home repairs, or contingencies or emergencies not mentioned?

For most people they should be.

No they were not. I have cancelled the appointment I had with them and will be using you and one of the highlighted companies I think as you give really honest answers and excellent free advice.
