Hello I need advice. I'm in a trustdeed since june. I have two cars in my name. I sent previous post about partner having company car. He does not have access to this at all times so may still need two cars. One is paid off and one is in hp for 4years. His sister is pregnant and needs a car and asked if she can use the hp car as this is too big for me to drive. She has asked if she can give me half of the monthly fee each month and share it with my partner. Would the trustee allow this

Also the extra 100 I would pay to trustee each month

Hi ldc,
I cannot see any reason why not though I guess this might be seen as a reduction in expenditure, or an increase in income, that could lead to a change in the monthly Trust Deed payment.
